Used this company for my taxes and every year they wouldn’t be done until late June almost July, despite getting my information into them well before the deadline. They feed you false information on your return, prioritize higher tier clients, put you on the back burner without a care in the world and frankly it doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing.
