Received a letter from this firm about an issue that I wasn’t even aware off. After verifying it, thinking that it was not legit. I found out that it was legit and that I was in an issue that needed fixing. I called the number and a Ms Kimberly( if I can recall correctly) was very helpful and she seem to totally understand my issue and concern.
