I visited DaHy for the first time this past weekend and I truly had an amazing experience. I am a little shocked to see a few of the other reviews. I too booked through ClassPass as a last minute service and called prior to booking to ensure it wouldn’t be an issue. The staff accommodated me well, they were flexible in scheduling me and also informative over the phone to ensure I had a seamless experience upon arrival. I am extremely disappointed with my visit tonight. Despite being a returning customer, I will not be coming back. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted, but the staff member completely ignored my request and did exactly what she wanted instead. To make matters worse, when I went to pay and offered a $10 tip, she was incredibly rude. She told me, "Only $10?" and demanded that I should pay at least $20. Eva was amazing!! She did wonders on my entire body, but especially on my neck and shoulders! I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep a couple times!! I would definitely highly recommend!
