Excellent service from Nikki & Billy on motor purchase. Would definitely do business with again.
Initial: I worked with Jason Fowler to purchase a new 5.4L for my ford van. Crisp service, answered all my questions, communicated well. Engine looks great, and came with handy hardware that I'd have to buy elsewhere. Haven't installed it yet but I will update this review if it immediately throws a rod or something lol 1 year/ 26k miles later: After taking FLAWLESS care of it, the engine is tapping and running rough. The Staff is friendly and professional. Their products on the other hand are not good. We have installed multiple products from them and have had multiple issues Their warranty process and credits are severely lengthy and fyi make sure every bracket bolt is on the core and take pictures because they will try their best to no give you full credit for cores. Autozone will give a better faster credit and response same part I do not recommend this company check the real reviews on yelp!!!
