Had an issue with my 2020 ford expedition transmission, it was covered on my original warranty. The dealership installed a “Remanufactured transmission from this company, 32 days later the new transmission went out. The dealership received another transmission from this company, it was installed, I just received a message from the dealership, while on the test drive they found another internal issue. If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a reman 6.2 engine for my denali truck. Had it put in. Just over a year started knocking. Took it into Chevrolet dealership for inspection. They notified dahmer. Had to wait to get permission to diagnose problem. The adjuster we started with, Andrew, ordered test after test after test. He told us that they will take care of paying for all tests. Bullcrap. Just like the engine. Bought a transmission the end of December and received it January the 7th, was installed the week after the arrival and not even 15 miles later it's leaking from all over, made a claim was told they would send another unit out that it would arrive in 3 to 5 days 2 almost 3 weeks later and nothing yet this is ridiculous. Supervisor would appreciate a response thank you
Would give zero stars if I could. As others have said, don't waste your money on this company. They do not stand behind their warranty. They will find excuses to not honor it. They know how to work it. If you go ahead and buy a reman from them, you can't say you weren't warned.
