Our AC wasn’t working when we moved into our new house. Jeremy came over right away as we were expecting 90 degree weather, and spent 2-3 hours fixing our AC and making sure our zones were programmed correctly. He was so kind and we will definitely be calling him again in the future!
We were having AC trouble at our park model rv and were told by another hvac company that there was nothing we could do but buy a new unit for about $5000. Dahlen came out and actually took some time to look things over and told us our problem was more likely a lack of air flow and we should try to clean our vents, cold air return, etc. as best we can and see if the ac performance improved…we cleaned as much as we could and the ac is definitely working better. Jeremy was excellent. We got a new outdoor condensing unit this summer. Was quick and professional . And then this winter helped trouble shoot a wonky furnace. Highly recommend!
