I chose a one star because my salesman was very good. He let us drive the car and offered a price and we accepted. This would be my daughter's first car and we were excited to help her finance it. The got everything ready for us and we felt like we had a good price and a great car, until we went into the finance office. The guy there tacked on $4000 to the price of the car and told us that the warranty and the gap insurance were non-negotiable. That is the CRAZIEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! The sales team was excellent, Kris my salesman worked very hard to get a deal done that I was happy with. After the sale they continued to make sure that everything on this vehicle was operating correctly. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Overall good customer service. :)
