Very overpriced for the appetizers. For example soup was $14 and a side of edamame was $8.
Pad Thai was literally tasteless and so was the soup Tom Kha was like a sugar soup. pad Thai did not have any vegetables only noodles, chicken and some peanut on the side. Tom Kha was sugary with shrimp and few pieces of mushrooms and many tomatoes which is an odd choice for a Thai soup. The taste was extremely sweet with no other flavor. Terrible. I was shocked as I love their other restaurant Chadha and this was a grave disappointment.
This place knows Fried Rice! In most places, the fried rice feels heavy because it's a tad more oily than it needs to be. At Dahla, they kept it simple and flavorful enough to feel light yet satisfying! Next time I'll try the Thai Basil Fried Rice.
Papaya Salad was refreshing, loved tom hum soup, fried rice and noodles could be better. Price was too high for the quality.
We had a large group and they were very gracious in accommodating us in their relatively small restaurant. We had a variety of dishes among the diners and everyone was pleased with their meals.
