Paid for multiple parts that did not fix the anything. They said they gave me a discount on labor but after paying the $1600 dollar bill I would beg to differ. Also left a review and my number for the service manager to give me a call to discuss this matter, of course I got no call back. The tech also offered to buy the vehicle before it was fixed for less than 25% of the book value, pretty shady service. Wont be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
My interaction with a woman at the desk was nothing but awful from the moment I walked in. I called before I had my car towed and when I got to the desk the woman had an awful attitude and was snippy with me saying I should have taken my car to a kia dealership, I bought it at DAHL and no one on the phone prior to bringing it said anything. Any phone communication with her continued to be awful.
