My interaction with a woman at the desk was nothing but awful from the moment I walked in. I called before I had my car towed and when I got to the desk the woman had an awful attitude and was snippy with me saying I should have taken my car to a kia dealership, I bought it at DAHL and no one on the phone prior to bringing it said anything. Any phone communication with her continued to be awful. Our first and only experience here wasn't great. We had an appointment to get some minor repairs, but almost none of the repairs were completed due to the staff's confusion and poor communication as to what was going on. The interior detailing service was terrible as well. When we finally spoke with someone who knew what was going on, they were nice and were going to address the issues.
They were able to get our Toyota looked at the same day. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.
Fantastic customer service! We really enjoyed the kids area for our little ones to stay busy.
