I would rate this company a 0 if this allowed it. Fran has made this the most difficult process- not responding to emails and dragging out reimbursement for the past nearly 12 months. Unfortunately I've had to turn to writing negative reviews in an attempt to get a response and ultimately reimbursed per our agreement...that is in writing.
