well first off let me start by saying we have been a customer of dahl ford since the early 90s. they used to be a company built on integrity and truth. somehow that changed and it became more about money then the customer. we have been lied to and fed false information by their service team. every single time we come in to their service shop we feel like we shouldve been taken out to dinner the way we got screwed. breaking parts and charging us for them, failing to properly repair the problems in our vehicles and treated ver... read more

We worked this guest into our service facility the next day understanding that his vehicle was not running and he needed it. Guest had vehicle diagnosed somewhere else and only wanted us to install a fuel pump. When we encountered additional issues and possible problems with corroded lines we sent the guest pictures to ask how he wanted us to proceed our staff was met with profanity. They are not willing to negotiate to make any deal happen. Also the trade in department makes insulting offers so they can turn around and flip it for 25% more. Bad business.
Wonderful staff. Clearly, they love being there and working for Dahl Subaru. The store is beautiful, and even has a dog park for my BFF!
Jeff was awesome to work with. He asks the right questions to point you in the right direction and is very knowledgeable when I have questions
Alex our salesman was great. He was able to help us find the car we wanted and no pressure. Alex showed us everything about the car which was a 2019 Subaru Forrester sport. He also showed us the premium as well with test drives on both cars a great guy I would recommend him. 😊
