Purchased salt for our water softener. The salesperson in the front desk took my order while the other person went to the back to retrieve my bags of salt. They even loaded the bags into my vehicle which I much appreciate, thank you!

RUDE! I encountered the rudest woman I've ever met there. I called ahead to make sure they had what we needed, she assured me that she does. I drive 45 minutes to get there, to be met by the woman I spoke to on the phone, and she tells me that we've purchased the wrong item, when we hadn't, we just needed a Kohler hose attachment. She just kept repeating that, tossed my product at me, and she walked away. We will NEVER return to this establishment.
Had a great experience here today picking up a big roll of pex for installing radiant heating in a new floor. Mike at the front desk (in the non-show room side) was really helpful and kind. Will definitely be coming back here.
