Timber (Sales) was patient and responsive, letting us try out everything without the usual salesman over the shoulder experience. Dahl Honda sales management gave us a good trade in price and facilitated moving value to what worked best for us (trade and price landed within KBB listings). Gave me information I needed, answered my questions about the car, went with me on a test drive -- great attitude, easy to work with, extremely helpful! Casey did a wonderful job of working with me to pick out options for extended coverage as we were going through the paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
