I like the new addition. It's bigger, well lit, and much nicer than the basement area used before. There are always enough machines for when I work out, late in the evenings. I would recommend adding a car charging station or two, even if only a Level 1, 120V outlet.
The facility upgrades are very nice. However, let me speak on your parking !!!you need a parking ramp¡¡¡¡¡. You spend 20 minutes trying to park, and then you have a swarm of cars waiting for you to leave _leaving you barely any room to get out. Makes me not even want to come, especially with a 2 yr old.
I have found the y very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the free coffee. I love the women's locker room with steam room and hot showers. I chill out on the couch in front of tv. The downstairs gathering area is family friendly and nice for people getting exercise while juggling kid activities and homework. The hot tub can have too much chlorine at times but overall a wonderful place for people with a budget.
Love everything about our YMCA. Associates & Employees work very hard to keep it clean, provide all the activities they can and keep it as safe environment. Love the expansion of it, wish they had offered HOT YOGA then YMCA would have increased in more members. I wish they still could bring in HOT YOGA and I'd be there everyday. Everything is possible. They got vast amount of space now, should have had a huge room for Hot Yoga.
Weight area is very spacious and it is great that there is an indoor track!!
It's a very nice renovation! The equipment seems very modern.
