Very kind and helpful. Showed up on a Saturday when they were too busy to take our car in to work on it. But they still ran diagnostics for us and took a look under the hood for free to make sure we were safe to drive it home.
If want to deal with rude employees from the second you show up, this is the place for you!!! Update. They reached back out about this. All together it only seems like one person is like this!
I told my daughter to take her car there for an alignment. Apparently they don't make appointments. It's just first come first served. She went early in the morning. 6 hours later, they called to say it was done, but the bill was $18 higher than we were told. She called me about it and put me on the phone with them. I was told they have a "shop fee" of $18 that goes towards "brake cleaner and other supplies that goes on every customers bill."
