Saw a vehicle i was interested, called, texted back and forth, set up an appt for next day at 10 am received a text 1/2 hour before scheduled appt saying see you soon drove the 40 miles walked in they said didn't know I had an appt and even better sold the car supposedly earlier the day before and STILL on their website for sale .....sounds sketchy very terrible customer service and the car is parked at this location

After purchasing the premium extended warranty, I was told it would be $189 to look at tailgate that was difficult to open. Took the truck to Brickner's Park City instead. Got great service thrre.
Two weeks ago, I headed into Dahl to buy a different vehicle. I was met at the door by a saleswoman! What?! Hell ya! I didn't have to deal with a "male used car salesman," who can be intimidating, pushy, or treat you like you don't know what you're talking about.
