I have never been treated more unprofessionally. I went to get a carwash today with tokens that my wife bought right before the carwash was damaged last summer. We've been waiting for it to reopen to use the tokens. There was a sign on the token machine that said "no longer open to the public." So, I went inside to see if I could return the 5 tokens that my wife had purchased. I was told that what they could do is exchange all of my tokens for 1 final car wash.
