Sent my broken rings then refused to refund my money. Said they can only give me credit I bought another necklace and wired more money and they want to charge me for hire price than what the gold is the day we are closing the transaction. I talked to Hanan, Hamzah and Faisal and asked to return my money and Faisal agreed that the “accountant” Jamil will contact me tomorrow which is today to send me back my money and they don’t answer my calls. Fraudulent scammy business. I am reporting them to the police and my bank.
