Ordered from this Dagwoods on DoorDash. Unfortunately, the first order was eaten by the dasher. I reordered and called the restaurant to ask them to super seal it up. Not only were they super kind and accommodating, they sent free cookies to help make up for something that wasn’t their fault! Will definitely be sure to order from here more often as not only was the service 11/10, the food was super well prepared too.
I want to report an extremely unprofessional experience with this Restaurant. The staff outright refused to make my order on uber eats, took my delivery driver's phone, and rudely told me they would never serve me again — simply because I filed a complaint last time when they sent me the wrong item. This behavior is unacceptable, and I want to rate this restaurant as poorly as possible. No customer should be treated this way for expecting correct service.
