I am giving this appraisal company a 1 star review for the following reasons (I would give a 0 star if allowed): 1. Lack of communication 2. The appraiser twice gave an appraisal that was less than the appraised value from 18-months ago when the market had improved by more than 5% and rents were increased 3. The appraiser did not take into consideration the ample information that was provided to him by an expert realtor as well as 3 other similar appraisals

This company was only concerned with the amount of money I put into the property as apposed to the actual value based on comps. Speaking of comps, he used some that were over a year old in a strong market. He also used one that was only under contract and not sold. He was provided more current and appropriate comps which he refused to use saying among things that they were to large.
