I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate appraisal company. The report I received was riddled with errors and inconsistent data that made it nearly useless. Key property details were incorrect, and the valuation seemed arbitrary at best. I expected a professional and accurate assessment, but instead, I got a report that raised more questions than it answered. DaGrosa appraisal was smooth and easy. When I called, they answered right away (already a good start). We were able to schedule the on-site visit at my convenience within a few days. The on-site visit was smooth and professional. The final report was issued quickly, less than 2 days after on-site visit. Thank you!

I am giving this appraisal company a 1 star review for the following reasons (I would give a 0 star if allowed): 1. Lack of communication 2. The appraiser twice gave an appraisal that was less than the appraised value from 18-months ago when the market had improved by more than 5% and rents were increased 3. The appraiser did not take into consideration the ample information that was provided to him by an expert realtor as well as 3 other similar appraisals
