Mr. Dagrosa did an appraisal on our house 2 weeks ago. He was very thorough, very professional and knowledgeable. In particular he was able to take into consideration the specifics of our house and location in selecting comps and arriving at a fair market value. His fee was fair. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for an honest and realistic market value of their property.
We had a great experience with the DaGrosa Appraisal Company during our home refinance process. The father and son team was professional, prompt, and very thorough throughout the appraisal. They answered all of our questions clearly and made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend their services.

Had an appraisal a while back and the bank sent this guy out. I think his name was Jim. He appraised a brand new rehab at 62K. It was so obscene I just laughed. We didn't even bother to contest it. We paid for a whole new appraiser to come out and it appraised at 165K. Needless to say the bank apologized profusely and now whenever I see his name come across one of my files I deny the appointment and ask for a new appraiser to come out.
I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate appraisal company. The report I received was riddled with errors and inconsistent data that made it nearly useless. Key property details were incorrect, and the valuation seemed arbitrary at best. I expected a professional and accurate assessment, but instead, I got a report that raised more questions than it answered.
