We’ve been leasing office space in one of D’Agostini’s buildings for over 10 years, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The property has been updated several times, is clean, and very well maintained. Any maintenance issues we’ve had are always handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear they care about their tenants and take pride in the buildings they manage.

I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues in this space for the past three years, and nothing has ever been properly resolved. Most recently, a service tech was sent out three separate times in just the last two weeks — and still, no answers, no fixes, no real effort to solve the problem. We notified the tenant/property manager, D’Agostini Companies, and were told the issue would be resolved within a day. That promise went unfulfilled, just like many others before it. We reached out to this company hoping for a smooth and professional experience in getting our air conditioning fixed, especially with the heat we've been dealing with. Unfortunately, the process has been more frustrating than helpful. There have been delays, unclear communication, and missed opportunities to follow through.
