On June 12, we were involved in an accident that totaled our car. We were very impressed by the professionalism displayed by Nate Daggett and his staff. They cleaned up the accident site and freely gave us a ride back to our home in Victor, NY. We really are so thankful for their concern and caring attitude. They represent the kind of people that contribute to the wonderful Finger Lakes community.
Avoid this place at all costs — complete rip-off artists. I took my Ford in for what should have been a relatively simple diagnostic and repair on a P0103 MAF sensor issue. These guys took full advantage of the fact that I had no other immediate options and charged me literally 5 times what the job should have cost. They’re dishonest, greedy, and prey on people who are stuck with a broken car. The service was poor, the pricing was outrageous, and I felt completely scammed.
