I've used Mr. Kraemer twice recently: once of a personal employment issue, and the other for work he did for a non-profit I belong to. In both cases, he was extremely helpful at walking me through the gibberish that is in many contracts, explaining which sections were routinely incorporated, and which were special to my contract. He gave sage advice about potential pitfalls of what I was signing, without being alarmist. I was well-served by his congenial, down-to-earth manner.
