Drove into Medicine Hat from a long trip, just as a check engine light came on. Needed to leave again in the early morning next day. The gents at Daffy’s got me in the shop and remedied the issue on VERY short notice. Very clear they know thier stuff. Top notch service. Would highly recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Daffys Auto. This is the first and last time I will be working with them. Last week, I was told they would be fixing my car for a tire sensor issue that was causing all of my brake warning lights to stay on, as well as a door pin/door actuator issue. I was told all the parts were ordered and would be in by Monday, that I would receive a call, and that in total it would be $1000 for both repairs. When you have a specialty vehicle, you don't usually have much choice in who to go to, but this place STILL treats you like a valued person, and the service was fast and friendly!
I had arranged for him to install an engine in my vehicle. However, he changed his mind without notifying me for several months. He also lost the key I had provided, falsely claimed that I had never given it to him, and ultimately informed me that he would not be completing the work. He placed the blame on me, despite having explicitly stated that he would contact me if he required any additional information or assistance. This experience has been a significant waste of time.
