Ray did an AWESOME job in inspecting my unit and recommending the necessary items that will have my home up to the proper standards. He didn't race through the information, but took his time to answer my questions and scenario of other options to meet my budget.

First time having duct cleaning. After having furnace and AC replaced by Casteel, Daffy Ducts did our duct cleaning service. The experience was exceptional with both companies. Daffy Ducts communication, scheduling, and notification was great. Andre, the technician, was timely, efficient, and professional. We appreciate the amazing service and workmanship.
Daniel was friendly and efficient. He took care of my dryer vent and got my laundry back up and running.
Andre did an outstanding job cleaning my ducts and my dryer vent. He was very thorough in the process and answered any question I had. At the end he explained an option that I had to replace my 20+ year system of ducts to improve the efficiency of my unit. He did not pressure me to accept this option. I would recommend daffy ducts for any duct cleaning.
