Darren was the only local HVAC contractor who even answered the phone on a Sunday. Our air conditioning went out on Saturday ight, after working hard with 31 people coming in and out of the house continuously. I made an appointment for Monday at noon, but woke up to a text saying he could get to us immediately. He came out and assessed our problem; our 24-year-old system needed a total replacement.
