I got a relaxer and Dafenny’s Assistant under relaxed my hair it’s like the relaxer has been in for two months. The roots are not relaxed when I mention it to Daffney she got very offended. Couldn’t take constructive criticism when the young lady performed the Relaxer she didn’t work it in some parts of my hair are straight and the root some parts are real curly. Avoid this place at all cause. I found the complaint with Board of cosmetology just got the results back and they are not even licensed. The business is not license... read more
I’ve been to many Dominican salons and Dafenny does the absolute best job with curly hair. I highly recommend her!
Asked for a trim and received a haircut to say I am upset is an understatement. When I mentioned it to Daphne she get upset as if she can’t take constructive criticism or listen to a client. I have before and after photos and there was at least 3 inches of my hair that was cut.She only offered me a deep condition, as if that would help rectify the situation.
