I had a truly frustrating experience with this tech. His lack of consideration on the road was evident from the start—tailgating, frequent lane changes without signaling, and an overall aggressive driving style. Their reckless behavior almost caused me to crash into another car. He seemed to have no regard for other drivers. Definitely should not be driving. Keep on putting a bad rep on your company.
Their service folks do poor work.
