This man is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. He is very arrogant, condescending, and has no bedside manner whatsoever. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. I had worked for Kaiser Hospital for 25 years, so I have experienced many doctors and surgeons along the way in my career. Didn't even see the doctor. Was charged anyways. He did a surgery because I was "late". I got to the office on time but no one told me parking would take 10 minutes, the elevator another 10, and the checkin another 5. I was less than 15 minutes late with all these obstacles, including taking 2 small children. I drove over an hour to pay over $50 for nothing except to eat up 5 hours of my time... 3 of which was driving. An absolute God-send. I've seen him multiple times and he's always been very thorough, very caring, and very reassuring.
Waste of time with this visit after so long wait for appointment. Severe ear infection and Dr. Joo did not even care to check the ears inside. Hope I never have to see this doctor again.
