Sad they went away with the happy hour menu but food is consistently good
The food here is absolutely incredible, but you definitely have to pack your patience! We ordered the braised beef short rib (Kalbijjim) with the cheese addition, and watching them torch the cheese right at the table is an awesome touch. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender, and the flavor is deeply rich and savory. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 purely because the wait times can get pretty ridiculous, even if you try to join the waitlist ahead of time.
