As I sit here and write this out I want everyone to know, to be warned. We the employees at Catalina yachts are screwed. Michael reardon supposedly bought Catalina from frank butlers widow in May of 2025. Since then this person has not met payroll, cancelled all our insurances..medical,dental and vision! Cut us down to a 32 hour week which means NOTHING because he doesn’t order in anything to build a boat with! We have no supplies, no payroll..nothing! Does not communicate with us on any level!
