DAE did a wonderful job of renovating our 80 year old, former church, in Carolina Beach, transforming it into our new wedding venue. All of their employees were very professional and readily available to provide insight and information throughout the process. They were very cognizant of expenditures and advised accordingly. We were very impressed with final product and level of service they provided. I would recommend the DAE team to anyone looking to renovate or build new.

We used Jonathan and DAE to renovate our 24k sq ft office building in Wilmington NC. They were great to work with! After meeting with multiple builders we decided to go with them and worked with them to come up with our design plans and budgets. Jonathan and his team were super helpful with the design and pricing process and unlike some other builders i've worked with they never lead me into pricing that benefited them and wasn't what i needed. Adam was amazing! We had a couple hiccups throughout the project, as I'm sure most projects do, and Adam took care of those immediately. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courtesy, and overall performance of Adam and the multiple teams involved with our project.
