Very unprofessional experience. This business requested that we send out a larger hook-lift truck to clean out their location, remove their scrap metals, and purchase the materials from them. Their location was 1 hour and 22 minutes from our yard. The owner gave us the go-ahead on Tuesday and specifically requested the larger vehicle, so we dispatched the truck on Thursday along with three employees. I’m surprised this place is still open given the quality of service. Instead of fixing issues, they seem to create more problems. The customer service was also very disappointing—staff came across as rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction. I initially called to speak with the owner and was told he wasn’t available.
