George offers great service at a great price. It has been easy owning a pool since I discovered dads pool shop
Very disappointing after sales service. So I spent around 8k on new pool equipment for the pool. After it was installed, I asked multiple times for someone to come to my property and show me how the equipment worked. Nobody there assisted in anyway. I walked across the road to Billabong, they came out, dialed everything in and spent time showing me how it worked. They now have all my future business. The owner is a ride man and will provide you with no assistance, i will never buy anything from there again.
Great service. Ordered and received a genuine replacement Evolution pool cell within 24 hours, easily fitted it myself. Almost ordered from another "pool" shop, turns out they offer generic cells that often fail within months! Dodged a bullet
