Very disappointing after sales service. So I spent around 8k on new pool equipment for the pool. After it was installed, I asked multiple times for someone to come to my property and show me how the equipment worked. Nobody there assisted in anyway. I walked across the road to Billabong, they came out, dialed everything in and spent time showing me how it worked. They now have all my future business.
Good people, reasonable prices. Stabiliser literally 20 dollars less than a competitor in mountain creek.
Excellent communication, price and speed of delivery.
