I paid close to $2,000 dollars for someone to break Or damage 60% of my belongings. (I packed and labeled everything as well as move most items into living room. I also moves 10 minutes away) They were unprofessional and slow. If I wasn't 9months pregnant I would have done the moving myself. I kick myself for not paying for liability...
Do not use this company. I am about to have attorney file a law suite. Below is a copy of an email I sent last week the day after our move. I have sent a few follow up emails because the claims department has yet to contact me.
