We tried 6-7 other places to fix our sliding security door with no luck. First place said it was a wheel which turned out it wasn't. As a last resort husband called in to Dad's Glass, said they'd be out this week and they were. After some adjustments, the door is now working 100%. The blokes were awesome and very helpful. 5 stars
Got glass made to fit sliding bedroom door. Very happy with finished product. Affordable, reliable, friendly, good customer service along with prompt asap job well done. I recommend them for your needs.
Paid for service to check all doors and windows, one still doesn’t lock , Had two crim safe doors One still doesn’t double lock 15 months later still waiting for them to come and fix Said twice they were coming and no show Really disappointing when you trust some traders and they let you down Happy to take your money
So unprofessional Please don't waste your money, time or effort with this business as they will never take your call or even return one for that fact. I place an order for a screen door over a month ago, paid deposit and said that it had to be installed by the end of Nov due to personal reasons, made serval trips to office as they never answer the phone, and was told on each occasion it would not be a problem and we will contact you the day before.
