Jake and his wife were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Jake spent hours and hours doing research on an electrical problem on my 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML 350. He found the problem and painfully ordered the part that took over 8 1/2 months to get here because of back order status… The thing about Jake is that he loves his job. Special thank to Dad’s Automotive. Our truck Cummins diesel got an erratically transmission shifting problem. He takes a look and figure out the problem. Now we back home safe and the truck run good as it should. Shifting fine as before. I highly recommended Dad’s automotive if you are broke down at Sunriver,Lapine, Bend Oregon. We bought transmission fluids and he is change for us for $40 of his time. I wish his shop is closer to Portland I will brings our fleets vehicle to him. Thanks
Had a real issue with a wheel bearing just outside La Pine on the way back to Canada after a big road trip on the west coast of the US. Dad’s Auto Repair was the only place still open. Jake and Bill quickly identified the problem, repaired the faulty wheel bearing so we could make it to a nearby campsite and then were able replace it the very next morning. Jake even replaced a window motor at the same time. All for an excellent price. Can’t thank them enough
