I had an issue with my car while I was on a road trip, and I ended up at Dad’s Auto Repair. I’m French and don’t speak English very well, but they were absolutely amazing with me. Even though it was a Sunday, they did everything they could to help me as quickly as possible. They were incredibly kind, patient, and honest. Called to set up service They scheduled a pick up and promised to call my warranty company. I was worried because I needed it fixed asap. They suited me the turn around would be by 1 o'clock today. I sent them all my information and they said they would reach out to me in the morning. They Never called me back. I called several times. Text the number they said to text and nothing.
