My son was driving from California to Washington and he got 2 flat tires,he ended up stranded in Oregon every shop was closed for memorial day somehow I found their shop,the lady immediately said the could help him,when the husband got there he replaced both tires and he aligned the car at no cost.No amount of money can repay their kindness,they made me believe in humanity again! I had an issue with my car while I was on a road trip, and I ended up at Dad’s Auto Repair. I’m French and don’t speak English very well, but they were absolutely amazing with me. Even though it was a Sunday, they did everything they could to help me as quickly as possible. They were incredibly kind, patient, and honest. Called to set up service They scheduled a pick up and promised to call my warranty company. I was worried because I needed it fixed asap. They suited me the turn around would be by 1 o'clock today. I sent them all my information and they said they would reach out to me in the morning. They Never called me back. I called several times. Text the number they said to text and nothing.
