Dado Medical was hired by the care facility my dad is currently at to transport him to a scheduled Dr. appointment. We waited at the Dr. office for my dad to arrive as it seemed as if Dado was running late. After around 20 min or so Dado finally arrived but not to drop my dad off but to pick him up. After several minutes it was realized that my dad was dropped off at a different place in error by Dado. There was no communication by Dado as to where he was, how this all happened.
