I was at this location this morning Nov.14th to obtain a birth certificate. The security officer greets you as enter the front door she was very courteous and professional and extremely helpful. The staff there was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable to assist me with what I needed. This location was clean and the service was fast. Excellent customer experience. Thank you
This is location is probably best locations to get your vital records. The location was clean, the staff were professional and kind and the wait time was no longer than 10 minutes. If you are looking for your records, this is the place to go.
Got to the office at 4 on the dot because they still have 4:30 on google and the security guard shut the door and said "closed!" And I said but it says 4:30, and he said "closed!" so rudely. So FYI it's 4pm not 4:30.
Wow just wow I was there this morning 7/27/2023 I walked in to the office 8:00 AM and I walked out After 10 minutes with my birth certificate. The stuff was so nice all of them thank you.
