I don't know what all of the hype is about the brisket. The brisket was so chewy that we could not eat it. The pulled pork was very dry. I am a native Houstonian and have had much better. It was not even smoked very well. They were very nice and attentive, but the food did not match up to the reviews I had read and the reviews is what made me drive that far, but not again. Pappas BBQ and even Rudy's is better.
I love this place. Just discovered them less than a year ago and I'm a regular at this point. One of the best places I get my brisket fix
