Didn't follow through, took half payment and never showed back up
My name is Terry Routh. We used Richard for the installation of our Christmas lights, 2022. He overlapped them, so we had a lot of gaps. I told him I would get another section, which I did. I let him know I had the panel, and asking when he could finish the job. No answer. A week passed and I messaged him again. Still nothing. The section sat on our porch this whole time, he never showed. I paid for installation, take down, and for him to store the lights. Appeared May 27 for a few hours and then had one problem after another why he couldn't come back and finish the job. Then when I keep on him to get him back here he gets mad and says he is not coming and he's finished. This is on July 7. Does not communicate with you so I have to keep calling to find anything out. I don't know why he gets a 5 star rating when he operates like this. I highly don't recommend him to do anything. As you can see by his very false reply below he is not to be trusted.
