I would give zero stars if that were an option. For the 3rd time, they have cancelled my appointment. Last time they didn't contact me for 2 years after saying they would call to reschedule and, after I called them, they made me an appointment which they have just cancelled again. The reception staff are lazy and couldn't care less. The dentist only works part time and can't get you out the door fast enough when you do actually manage to get an appointment. It doesn't seem like they've made any effort at all to get a replace... read more

I was a nhs client for years receiving excellent treatment until covid. After covid I tried to book a check up on nhs and scale and polish which I normally paid for. The young person at reception informed me that they could not give me a date before May 2023 then told me that the dentist I usually got was no longer in the practice so I couldn't get any appointments at all. I pointed out that I was registered with the practice and not with a particular employee but I was curtly told that they now only have one dentist who wor... read more
