Scott towed my car the other day when it broke down- he was incredibly rude and unprofessional to me on the phone. He also made up some BS about how I owed him $20 extra for supposedly driving an extra 3 miles from the 15 miles- even though my insurance covers me up to 50. Not to mention he only would take it in cash, which is a huge red flag. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!
I live on a residential street that has cars parked in street, I was on sidewalk with my dog and a truck with tow bed came barreling up street. My cat was nearby on top of it. My friend and I both yelled for him to slow down and he accelerated. We walked to the top of the street to house where he was towing from.
