Definitely rude. Probably racist. Dude at the desk seemed like he was trying to hold back an attitude. Other dude bringing out the tape I requested–I said "Thanks bro" and he literally didn't even acknowledge that I said anything then walked away. I've been to quite a few skate shops in the last 40 years, these guys treat me like family, when I'm feeling the energy I always swing by, hard to go without buying anything, prices are the lowest possible
Beware this stores return policy is way below average. I bought some shoes wore them for an hour around my house, decided they were the wrong size and they would not even exchange them. I will never be returning to this store.
