Completely disrespectful on the phone. I was on my way to pick up ladder racks and was distraught when I was calling him back about the product. Extremely rude, won’t be heading that way and will go with someone local ! Who cares

After almost losing a boat wheel on the highway (3 of 5 studs broken, wheel hanging on by only one lug nut), Dad helped me replace a hub on my tandem axle trailer. That involved providing the exact replacement parts and about an hour of troubleshooting and education regarding types of trailer hubs, brakes, aluminum wheel vulnerabilities, and bearing maintenance.
