I went to Dad's to inquire about pawning a piece of jewelry. The sales girl offered me $500. I didn't feel that this price was reasonable. I decided to visit other pawn shops. To my surprise I was offered over $3000.00 for the same price of jewelry. I am so pissed that I pawned so stuff there in the past. They are cheating customers and also displayed a bit of racism. I went to Dad’s Super Pawn in Gulfport to purchase a Trijicon SRO on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 at approximately 1700 hours. The double-chinned, blonde, Justin Bieber- hair balding DEI-hire teenager sales clerk offered to mount the optic on my $2,000 2011 competition pistol. During installation, the clerk stripped the mounting screws. The optic and screws were brand new, and I had not previously installed or touched them. I love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to sell a weapon to them and have them order one I wanted to buy that wasn't in stock. Process only took about 3 days.
Gun selection: 5 stars Customer service: 0 stars The Customer service is so bad I go one city over for any guns or ammo... On the pawn side of things, I can NOT speak to because I don't pawn items. I wish they actually gave a damn about the customers but oh well H.C. takes care of me.
