My family has a surveying company with an Office on Secor Road. I had a power outage to only my office and was desperate to get the power on and allow me to continue working, as this is our busiest time of the year. I called around and could not even get a company to answer the phone or tell me I could get help today. Very honest company. We had partial power to our home late in day. Thinking it was an internal problem in our wiring, we called Dad Patchen to have them come out. Come to find out, we called after hours, they promptly called us back, and said it sounded like a problem with Toledo Edison, and sure enough it was.... Dad Patchen will DEFINITELY be our choice for electrical work in our home when needed..... Thanks for being a forthright company........
