Derek provided amazing service at our house, repairing a humidifier on the furnace and bringing it up to peak operation. He took the time to explain the features and was very knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend and call Derek again for service!
I called DAD HVAC for a quote on a water tank install and they booked an appointment promptly (even over the Christmas holidays). Both Derek and Dan were very polite and easy to work with. They gave me a very competitive quote, gave me sound advice on options and how they will properly install the new tank (old tank was improperly installed and had to be replaced after 8 years).
