Went and had a chat with Jerry yesterday regarding mower repair, Having worked in Customer service for 40 years I was very impressed with his Customer service, Jerrys advise was exceptional and was totally committed to my personal needs, It was certainly a memorable experience and I would highly recommend a visit

I must say I was recommended these guys by a mate. My line trimmer needed a new spark plug and a service. The fella I spoke to looked totally disinterested and annoyed I walked in the door. I was told that they had no time till mid late Jan, and by the looks of it would not be worth doing, just better off getting a new one!I walked out very disappointed, but I went to diagonal road saw a competitor and $60 later had a line trimmer running at full pace like new.
