Air con broke L1 problem! Dacs identified the problem. immediately ordered the parts. Two days later guys arrived 8am to install. Brilliant! Even my Great Dane was happy to see the service guys. 36degrees today. Thank you Lidia and team at Dacs
Unfortunately I can not give a good review for this company. Called them out to do a summer start up service and investigate an under-performing fan on our EVAP AC. 3 visits and $800 resulted in no improvement to the fan speed. Called another firm to attend and he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. He had the part in stock, in his van. It's the 3rd time we've used DACS to sort out our aircons, always very responsive, professional and friendly. Listens to what we want and provides good advise. Highly recommended.
The boys turned up nice and early. Removed all the old ducted a/c system and replaced it all with a complete new system. They were friendly, courteous and worked hard to complete the job with no fuss or hassles. They then ran through all the operating procedures in a clear and concise manner.
