Very helpful. Been with a Big Bank for over 10 years but found they could not help me cash bonds or wanted to charge for many different services. I was not a customer of Dacotah and they took care of my needs like I'd been their customer for years. Very happy so far.
A lot gosh darn better than Wells Fargo
Was very disappointed with service and the way they treat people who have excellent credit and many years as a good customer. They have the attitude and actions that show disrespect and insult to anyone of inteligence. Play games and waste your time while laughing in your face. Run my Ms. around in circles and told her to go see another banker at different location of theirs. She played phone tag with them and went in to Bank in person and was left sitting in waiting area.
