Their call hold drops the calls after 3 mins. Second time in two years they have mismanaged my money by either putting my check in the wrong account (in other words not my any of my accounts) or they have lost a check. Not at all pleased with them. Also they do not provide deposit envelopes outside by their overnight drop box.
Always good customer service and they know me by name
Very helpful. Been with a Big Bank for over 10 years but found they could not help me cash bonds or wanted to charge for many different services. I was not a customer of Dacotah and they took care of my needs like I'd been their customer for years. Very happy so far.
A lot gosh darn better than Wells Fargo
